Whichever service you choose, you pick how we work together. The programming standard is identical.
Online
Every service above can be delivered remotely: video assessment, programming and analytics in the app, weekly written reviews and monthly calls.
In person
The same services delivered face to face — hands-on assessment, live technical coaching and loaded rehabilitation sessions.
Hybrid
In-person blocks for assessment and technique, online delivery in between. Most clients end up here.
